I suppose I’ll be condemned as a member of the military establishment whose purpose is to debunk UFO reports. That statement is an outgrowth from one of the reviews left for UFO Sightings and Alien Visitation .
Our old friend Ben Hansen (collaborated with Buetner from the SCU on the plane that was an orb in Suagtuk) from NFUORC has been popularising this report recently as it is on various news outlets An example new report…

It would be cool to have an image and a video loaded at the same time, an example being a video from a fixed position and a astrometry annotated screengrab from the same video.
This would help when aligning starfields to match successful astrometry results.
Why can buildings only be 300 ft high ? I often need to make a super high pole/building to align or match things, it would be great to have basically unlimited height
When you enable 3d buildings the camera elevation tries to follow the lidar/terrain map, but it is often annoying when you want to position the camera from a building as it will jump up and down on micro adjustments If you disable AGL then the…

Right clicking on google maps and selecting the lat long to put is something I do many times when investigating a sighting however I was looking into geolocating a sighting in South Korea when i went to grab lat and long it didn't work.
In 2012 as part of a volunteer for Minnesota MUFON, I was asked to look at a video and interpret it. I've done this many times, and usually, could find a reasonable explanation, or at least, not too implausible.
I'm seeing estimates that on the order of 21 million party balloons are sold and possibly released each day globally. Around 5 million each day in the U.S. The flight time depends on many factors, but flight time can range from an hour to weeks.
Part of Release 3, this seems largely explained as flares. 60% definitely identified as such, but 40% indeterminate. The problem there is that it's all eyewitness accounts. Nothing really stands out as anomalous.

New Bigfoot Footage Suggests Famous Sighting Was a Hoax Newsweek
Recently I remembered a mysterious case that I've heard about regarding a series of human like patterns in the floor of a Spanish home. Allegedly, the faces began to appear on the floor, and reappeared despite initial attempts to remove them.
Hey Mick. The new Sitrec Live ADSB Mode is great, it seems to work ok generally but I've noticed a few bugs (or maybe they are features not yet implemented?) 1. The size of the planes in the look view follows the zoom level of the globe view. 2.

Hello, dear Metabunk community, Mr. West has kindly allowed me to present my case here. It concerns a video I recorded on May 13, 2026, at 9:47 p.m. over Radebeul. The video was recorded with an iPhone 16 Pro.
The video proports to be a pentagon briefing from 2005 about a proposal to spread a virus in the Middle East that would prevent people from developing extreme religious views.

We often hear that there have been so many up-close encounters with UFOs, there must be something to "the phenomenon." The argument from incredulity is, there's no way that all of those experiencers could be mistaken/lying/delusional!
The notion of Synchronicity seems anecdotally true. Like telepathy we've all experienced moments that defy explanation for how they could have come about, just as we've all had that sense of knowing, and then hearing, what someone is about to say.
